Dig Pig Hydrovac Nozzles & Lances
Built by operators, for operators.
Dig Pig makes the Silencer hydrovac nozzle and the Titan lance series for hydro excavation and industrial cleaning crews. Replaceable parts, stainless construction and a low-vibration design keep your crews digging and your gear out of the shop.

Titan lancesHydrovac crews put nozzles and lances through hot water, high pressure and constant abuse. Dig Pig designs for that: a nozzle with fully replaceable wear parts and a family of lances in lightweight and heavy-duty builds, in lengths to match the job.

FAQ
Dig Pig questions
What is the Dig Pig Silencer nozzle?
It is a rotating hydrovac nozzle with a stainless body, tungsten carbide wear parts and a replaceable cover, designed for low vibration and quiet rotation on hydro excavation and cleaning work.
What is the difference between Titan LW and Titan HD lances?
The LW is a lightweight anodized aluminum lance that reduces operator fatigue. The HD is a heavy-duty build for the toughest conditions and longest life, and weighs about 2 to 3 pounds more.
What lengths do Titan lances come in?
Titan lances come in 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 foot lengths with 1/2 inch male NPT stainless ends.
Can the Silencer nozzle be repaired?
Yes. Its parts are designed to be replaceable and rebuildable, so crews can service a nozzle instead of replacing it.
How do I pick the right orifice size?
Match the orifice to your pump flow and pressure. Tell us your unit, pump and hose and we will help you choose.
